Getafe CF B 0-2 CDC Moscardó / A GOLDEN HAUL AT THE CIUDAD DEPORTIVA! Moscardó dominate the second half and take all three points from Getafe

A brace from Ginaid and Marwane in the second half sealed a historic Moscardó win against one of the strongest teams in the group.

GETAFE – A day to remember for Usera. Colonia Moscardó travelled to Getafe CF's Ciudad Deportiva without fear, stood up to one of the most in-form teams in Group 5 and left with the three points in their pocket thanks to a top-class second half. The Usera side produced one of their best performances of the season at the hardest ground they could have done it.

A solid, unshakeable Moscardó in the first half

Getafe B, third in the table, tried to impose themselves from the first whistle. But Moscardó came out with very clear ideas: defensive organisation, intensity and no fear. Our players withstood every home attack without flinching and reached half-time at 0-0, already a victory in itself at such a demanding ground.

Ginaid breaks the deadlock and Moscardó go for it

The second half was another story. In the 59th minute Ginaid appeared to do what he does best: score at exactly the right moment. The 0-1 sent the travelling Usera fans into raptures and rocked a Getafe B side who could not find a response. Moscardó did not sit back or shrink: they kept playing, kept pressing, with the personality of a team that knows what it wants.

Marwane puts the icing on the cake

With the match crying out for a second, Marwane appeared in the 82nd minute to make it 0-2 and spark the celebrations. A wonderful goal that rewarded the collective effort and left an opponent who never found a way to hurt us with no answers.

Team pride, Usera pride

Three points that taste of glory. This afternoon Moscardó have shown that they can beat anyone in the division, and that this crest bears the pride of the neighbourhood etched in fire. We head home with our heads held high and the three points under our arm. This is only the beginning!

Thank you to everyone who travelled to push us on! You are the engine of this club!
